Turnaround time varies by package, but most resumes are delivered within 2–3 business days after all required materials are received. Expedited options are available for an additional fee.

Not at all. If you don’t have a current resume, we’ll use the information from the Career Questionnaire, which is designed to capture everything needed to build one from scratch.

You may also download your LinkedIn profile as a PDF if that’s easier. Either way, I’ll guide you through the process step by step.

Unlike many providers who outsource their work after checkout, I don’t believe in compromising on quality. My recruiting and hiring experience is the foundation of the results my clients achieve, and that level of insight can’t be outsourced.

Revisions are included to ensure you feel confident and satisfied with your resume. While there’s no strict limit, revisions are intended for refinement, not unlimited rewrites. Most clients are happy within 1–2 rounds.

Most communication is handled via email and secure portal messaging to keep resume reviews and career branding work fast, clear, and organized. If a quick call would be more helpful, I may suggest or offer one when appropriate.

All major credit cards and Google Pay are accepted. Payment is required in full prior to the start of services. Installment plans are not currently available.

Due to the personalized nature of resume writing, refunds are not available once work has begun. However, revisions are included to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

Yes. If you start with one service and decide to add additional support, such as a LinkedIn profile or cover letter, you may upgrade by paying the difference before the additional work begins.

Yes. I offer personalized interview coaching to help you prepare with confidence, clearly communicate your value, and show up at your absolute best.

You can book an Interview Preparation Coaching Session on its own, or choose the Career Starter Package, which includes interview coaching plus a recruiter-ready resume, a custom cover letter, and LinkedIn optimization for a complete career branding refresh.
